Maurice Minnis, Founding Partner
Maurice has over eighteen years of business, management, sales and recruiting experience. Maurice started his career in the IT staffing industry as an Assistant Recruiter with GW Consulting, the largest IT staffing company in the Bay Area at the time. Maurice quickly became the top salesperson by landing the Hewlett Packard account which he then grew into the company’s largest client.
Maurice is a graduate of Brown University with a double major in Business Economics and Organizational Behavioral Management.
Ellen Lerner, Founding Partner
Ellen brings over 18 years of business, technology and recruiting expertise to CSI. Ellen has extensive experience as a recruiter and manager of recruiting operations in the NY, NJ, Philadelphia and Northern California markets. Ellen has worked with small, minority-owned consulting firms that focus on public and private sector, large privately held regional IT consulting companies and publicly traded international consulting firms.
Ellen is very active in her community. She currently serves as the vice president of the board of directors of the Haight Ashbury Food Program, a neighborhood response to hunger that provides meals to the hungry, job training, and job referral services to those in need.
Ellen is a graduate from the University of Arizona with a degree in Anthropology and a dual minor in Philosophy and computer science.
Lisa Hirsch Healy
Lisa comes to Consultant Specialists, Inc. (CSI) with over 20 years of solid business, consultative sales, marketing and management experience. Lisa’s consulting services industry experience was obtained over many years with a prominent international firm. Lisa quickly became the top business development manager in the country, generating and managing over $75 million in revenue, and took on the role of Global Account Manager to the company’s largest client, Hewlett Packard.
In addition to assisting new and established clients with their staffing needs, Lisa serves on the board of directors for Tri Valley Animal Rescue. She is chairperson for their annual fund-raising event and fosters homeless dogs.
Lisa graduated from the University of California at Berkeley.
Jacqueline Felipe
Jacqueline joined the CSI team in 2012 with over 20 years of management, staffing, coordination, administration and accounting experience. She has been in the staffing world for over 13 years and has a wealth of experience while working for Modis in their IT division, IT international division and working as the IT staffing onsite for Clorox. She also has solid experience working as a IT project coordinator on major projects such as an SAP HR implementation systems and transportation management systems while managing project plans and budgets of over $5 billion for Clorox.
Along with working in staffing,Jacqueline is a self employed business owner since 1994. She is part owner of a successful martial arts school which builds leaders in our community one black belt at a time. The dojo supports local charity events and provides safety awareness events to the community.
Calley Molina
Calley has been with CSI since 2014. She is highly skilled in many areas including recruiting, marketing, management, IT, administration, bookkeeping, and tax preparation. She is a strong go-getter and impressive problem solver. Calley is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree. She enjoys volunteering for the American Red Cross, and making monthly platelet donations to help save others.
Calley is a graduate from Los Medanos College with an Associate degree in Liberal Arts and Music.
