Before candidates are presented to our clients, each consultant is thoroughly screened to evaluate their qualifications, technical skills and work style. Our preliminary background investigation includes:

  • A personal interview
  • A technical pre-screening
  • Reference checks with at least two immediate managers and one peer
  • Verification of legal right to work in the United States
  • Database search for information on the consultant's past work performance

The following screening services are also available upon client request.

  • Education and credential verification
  • Past employment verification
  • Review of state court, national court and criminal records
  • Review of driver's license record
  • Credit checks
  • Drug testing
