Before candidates are presented to our clients, each consultant is
thoroughly screened to evaluate their qualifications, technical skills
and work style. Our preliminary background investigation includes:
- A personal interview
- A technical pre-screening
- Reference checks with at least two immediate managers
and one peer
- Verification of legal right to work in the United States
- Database search for information on the consultant's past
work performance
The following screening services are also available upon client request.
- Education and credential verification
- Past employment verification
- Review of state court, national court and criminal
records
- Review of driver's license record
- Credit checks
- Drug testing
